What should i do to help out my pulled quadricep?
I pulled my left-quad during baseball conditioning which was about a month ago, and it still hurts. It seems to be all right until I give a really hard sprint then it's back into its hurt state. I asked one of my coaches what to do, and he said just to let it rest and try not to run to hard or fast. What would be best to get it back into shape? I'm pretty sure icing and relieving cycles would work some. Also what would be a good stretch routine? Thanks for any help. :)
