take toothpaste and put it on your biggest zit, then put a bandaid over it and then go to bed, the rednes will be gone and it won't be painful!
Put an oil-free concealer over them, make sure it's the right skin tone. I would recommend a nuetregina or an Ulta brand, they work the best and are cheap!
Make sure you have a great moisturizer. Put it on after you wash your face. When you wash your face, you are taking all the natural oils from your face, so your face creates even MORE oil, clogging your pores even further. When you put moisturizer on, it tricks your face into thinking its fine, and when your face absorbes it, it makes your face even healthier! Hope this helped!!
Watch what you eat, try to stay clear of junk food, also remember to drink plenty of water. Wash your face 2 times a day, no more than that though because if you wash your face too often it becomes dry resulting in more acne. I use proactive, I understand that doesn't work for everyone, so just experiment with different products to see what works best for your skin. Also if you tend to sweat a lot, either while working out or just throughout the day, make sure you use a milk based cleanser. Sweat contains salt and the only thing that gets salt of your face are milk based products, (I use something called institute espanol, you can get it at cvs or walmart) Don't pick at your zits, and don't touch your face too often, if you do, wash your hands first!! I hope I helped, good luck!!
