What can cause severe abdominal pain (symptoms mimic that of appendicitis) and hyperhidrosis?

I would like to hear from someone who has experienced this. Thanks :)

Appendicitis is a life threatening emergency. If you have symptoms consistent with appendicitis you should seek immediate emergency medical treatment. You need to rule out the worst case scenario, not hope its the best case scenario and neglect a potential medical emergency. If you have appendicitis symptoms, call 911.

Gallbladder attack. Had it a week ago. Caused by gallstones. Worst pain I've ever had. Get to ER or Dr as soon as you can

Gallbladder and appendix pain are in very different locations

I had frequent gallbladder episodes until they finally removed it. The pain can be centered or lateral and is often "referred" (feels like its in a different spot than it really is) and can, indeed, mimic appendicitis.

I had a few hours of pain that ended up being food poisoning. It felt like something else like appendicitis.

Nblacksmith is right. If there is any doubt, get it checked out. There are many things that mimic appendicitis. Volvulous can cause this. There is something called Mittleshmertz( means mid cycle) which is supposed to be very similar. This is some kind of spasm of the ovary that occurs mid cycle. There are others like Crohn's or Ulcerative Colitis
