Why does price of prescription drugs vary so much?

From one pharmacy to the next?

Report as

Just like everything pharmacies mark up drug prices so that they make money. Prescription medication that is exactly the same dosage and brand should only vary from one pharmacy to another by a couple of dollars. Most pharmacies will match a price as well.
