yeah he probably has a crush on you but he's shy...we guys tend to be very shy about girls that we like:)...because we don't know how to ask them if they like us back:D...you can probably go to a Spanish teacher and ask how to say do you like me in Spanish:)

My family in Puerto Rico are required to take 4 years of English..

I have a friend in Spain that had to take 9yrs in English...right now, I am in my third year of High School Spanish and I want to continue it out of High School...I want to be a Spanish Interpreter:D...and I always wanted to go to Puerto Rico, I'm going to Costa Rica in June and I am so psyched:)

Well your young so not all relationships are perfect. You could try learning Spanish or vice versa for him. Plus maybe he just has a habit to stare or maybe Its saying hello in his country lol.
