My cat sometimes has full body tremors/twitches. Should I be concerned? Not when active, only when at rest. No noticeable causes.

I don't think they hurt him. They occur when he's laying quietly or also when he is asleep. But if he gets up and moves, they go away.

When my dog was a puppy he would always twitch in his sleep because he was dreaming. I've always heard its good for them to twitch in their sleep. But if you really wanna know for sure ask a vet would be the safest answer.

The best way to know what is causing the tremors/twitches on your cat is to see a veterinary doctor or visit a pet store for diagnosis of your cat to know the exact cause. I hope it's nothing serious and it will be well.

Mine dreams in his sleep & does the same thing. Have no idea about what, but he's quite active and noisy when it happens.
