How can I lose weight FAST?
I'm 14 going 15 and I am 54kg, I know it's not "overweight" but I don't feel comfortable about my weight and body. My sister is 16 she was around 75kg she starved herself and lost 20kg in 6 months, I want to lose weight too but I'm scared to starve myself because my sister says my metabolism may be different to hers and I might gain instead of losing weight. I'm soon going to start running everyday and only eat 800 (or less) calories a day. Any other solutions that might help me??
