I am writing a story that takes place n another planet and am trying to change the names of the months of the year, suggestions?

I am trying to make them sound different because they live on a different planet and they should, in turn, have their own months. however, I'm a bit skeptical as to how the reader will know that it is in fact the name of a month, so if you have any ides as to how to introduce that, I would love to hear your suggestions on that as well.

You may decide to use only the first letter of the month of the year, and then the other letters to be related to the planet you are writing about. You may also decide to put the last letters of the planet you are writing about, for instance, January you may write it as Januter for Jupiter.

why dont you make them an anagram of our months, or relate them to the season changes.
