I work out in an intense place and today I felt like I was going to throw up. Is there a way to stop it. Like anything to drink before it?

I try not to drink or eat anything before I workout because it makes feel sick. Just take a walk around for a min and get your breath back. Good luck

u could try a protein drink about at least 40 min before
