Why do some people say that if you fall in your dreams and hit the ground, you will die? What evidence is there for this?

who says that? i have never heard of something like that. i suppose people with a heart condition could have a heart attack or something. but i think at worst you might just get a rude awakening...

Oh its like if you fall off a cliff in your dream people say you like basically sleep walk so you fall off a cliff and die its hard to explain sorry
