For those of you that have had mono, how long did it take for you to recover?

I had some sort of rare funky strain of it, and literally spent about half of my 10th grade year being really sick. I'd wake up in the mornings and feel great, and by 3rd period, be practically comatose. Would take a cab home from school and pass out for the rest of the day, until my mom got home, then I'd eat and be back asleep in a few hours. My immune system was so messed up, I had to take some sort of shot to help boost it, so I could finally kick it. Definitely not the most fun I've ever had.

About a week ... It was the worst week of my life.
