How do i transfer songs from itunes to my iphone?

I recently got a new computer, and a new itunes account with it. I just purchased 15 songs that i planned on transferring onto my iphone. When i tried to put the songs from my new account on my iphone it said that the only way to get my new songs on my iphone was if all the songs i purchased that were transferred from my previous itunes account were deleted. Is there any way I can get my newly purchased songs on my iphone with out deleting anything?

You need to create a custom playlist for your iPhone music library. You do this by choosing File, New Playlist and rename it to something you can easily remember. This allows you to have your songs without deleting anything.

Sync with your computer, plug in your phone and let Itunes open up then hit your phone widget and transfer, sync, and back-up

If your computer is new your iTunes account thinks its still with your old computer, go into iTunes store and register your new computer as a registered computer for your account, until you do this you will not be able to transfer your music. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a very patient support person when I got my new IPhone 4s it was a night mare, I had my phone backed up and thought it was going to be so easy, yeah right!!!
