I like to write down everything I have to do for that day, week, month whatever it is. Seeing it all written out clearly helps me prioritize what needs to be done first and manage my time in the most efficient way.
You definitely you want to make sure you take care of all of the things that are stressing you out and get them done, but you also want to make sure you take some time for yourself and do things you enjoy. You need a break every once in a while, best of luck! :)
agree with the above also life is always stressful its all in your mind
also depending on what it causeing you stress life changes also can help such as job change career change or droping some friends/ family members although this is not always possible it can lead to great stress lifted
Some people do yoga or tai chi, excercise or just go for a walk to clear their heads, maybe a sound machine could help take your mind off things or maybe you just need a vacation, to me there is nothing better than the beach.
