Get a boxer hand wrap and insert the thum through the thumb hole of the wrap with your palm facing upwards. Pull the wrap across the hand under the small finger and right around the back of the hand and the wrist. Pull the wrap around again and go through the thumb and index finger. Repeat in this fashion and then bring to the center of the hand before wrapping around the hand again. When the wrap is about to taper off, tape it in place. Repeat for the other hand.
