To make Rotel dip, your first step is to cook and drain 1 lb. of ground beef. While you are cooking the ground beef, you should set out your Velveeta so it will be softer making it easier to cut. Next add Rotel tomatos and Velveeta, once you have cubed it. Continue stirring the ground beef mixture until all the Velveeta is melted. Once all the Velveeta is melted the Rotel dip is finished.
