Like Katie said you can try birth control pills. I don't know if it will stop it since you have already started.

Birth control pills, if taken non stop (skip the placebo pills & start a new pack), can make it so that you do not have a period at all. But every 4-6 months you need to take the placebo pills so that you have a period so that you can clean everything out.

Before I got married my doctor had me taking birth control this way for many years, so that I didn't have a period except for about once every 6 months or so. He did this because I have cysts & very very bad cramps, so bad I would throw up. Once I got married I stopped birth control.

Anyway, since you can take birth control continuously so that you don't have a period, it might work to stop it if you start taking birth control pills now. It's worth a try. And if it doesn't, then oh well, it might get a little messy, but it actually feels good during that time, & your married so it doesn't matter if it gets a little messy. Don't let your period ruin your honeymoon.

Congrats on your marriage & have a wonderful time on your honeymoon.

The only thing that I can think of for you to take would be birth control. The estrogen in it should slow down your period or completely stop it. Congratulations on the marriage!

You can try Pamprin or even tylenol or advil's to stopo cramps but to stop your period you could get a sex change or simply get on birth control
