what is a moderator? && how do you become one?

Hi MyHeartBelongs2U, moderators review the content on the site to try to keep it a fun and friendly place to answer questions. We also try to help out and answer other people's questions when we have time. To become a moderator you have to submit an application at the link below and then go through the interview process just as you would in any other job :)
