How do I change my IOS 4.1 iPod touch to be a IOS 4.3?

Report as

You will upgrade your iOS 4.1 iPod touch to an iOS 4.3 by jail breaking any of the newly released versions of iOS 4.3, and then download it to your device. You need to note that most iOS 4.3 versions are tethered jailbreaks, which means that your iPod Touch must be reconnected to a computer anytime you want to reboot the iOS device or if it runs out of battery.

Yeah I know that, but when I was on iTunes it said update version 5.0.1. I don't want that, I want it to be a 4.3 so that I can jailbreak my iPod touch.
