Is it normal to get headaches or feel sick from depriving yourself of sugar?
I completely cut processed foods and bad sugars out of my diet about three days ago. I have begun to feel light headed and have had a couple of headaches and felt sick at times. I usually have candy or some form of sweet after almost every meal, so I'm very used to junk sugar in my diet. Is it normal to feel this way after cutting sugar from my diet?
I have also gone from eating 2-3 big meals per day to 5 small meals per day, and I am only eating whole natural foods - so lots of vegetables and fruits. This wouldn't have anything to do with how I am feeling would it? Thanks in advance!
