Who can i contact free about my employer not taking out federal taxes on me

She gives us itemized checks sometimes...she does not take out federal taxes on me each pay period and I have mentioned this to her SEVERAL times and she says that she does what the tax book tells her to do..she will give us a "RAISE" to but if we do not do what she expects from us she takes the "RAISE" back.

Not every employer has to take taxes out of your check.

It depends on what type of employee you are. Are you full time ? Part time ? A contract employee ? Are you hired through an agency or direct with the client ? Are you a sub contractor ?

Do you make less than $ 600.00 ?

Worse case scenario, when you get your tax forms at the end of the year, you will have to pay your own taxes.

You could call the IRS, but she is suppose to give you a 1099 and you just have to claim it and then pay the taxes. This is done by some employers who don't want to bother, but you still have to pay the tax at the end of the year. Sounds like you work for a difficult employer.
