Fruit has tons of sugars. Only fruit? Not a great idea. Eat things low in fat like chicken, fish. Vegetables. Some fruit is ok. Eat portion sizes and instead of three meals eat 5 small ones throughout the day to boost metabolism.
I would highly recommend that you eat things with soy beans or legumes(Beans) in order to keep some nutrients that would help replace the missing nutrients that you don't get from meat. Also you will still lose weight from this. If not try to limit calorie count in a day to only 18-1900 calories a day. Source: Doctor
You will loose weight in the wrong way, You will again put on after few months because you cant survive on fruits and water everyday, consume lots of proteins like boiled chicken, egg whites. Or if you are a vegetarian then eat soya beans. consult a dietician. You shouldnt loose more than 3 kgs in a month, if you loose more than 3 kgs that means your diet is completely wrong.
