Lift weights to make sure you put on muscle. There are weight gaining supplements but I do not know if they are effective

You could try eating more food. Why do you need to gain weight?

Drink a milk shake everyday , and add in a banana ( or other fruit ) and a scoop of whey protein . In addition eat a high carb ( pasta ) dinner everyday. Include fresh vegtable and meat .
If you want to supplement with a canned drink " ensure " has extra calories , and has good nutritional content . Have one in mid morning as a snack . Last but not least ... Eat any desert you want ! Lucky you :)

if you can stand it 3cans of evaporated milk a day,toast and jam,it worked for me.
