I've been trying a routine now for 5 months and it's been working amazing. I have been trying for so long to deal with my hair loss I almost gave up many times. I used Propecia for years but honestly, the stuff was slowly sucking the life out of me. I used the combination of products explained on a web site I found and it honestly worked really well for me. I've been using a combination of generic minoxidil, trichogen and a few supplements as explained on the site and it's so much cheaper and so much better than crap I did before. It's not one product or rip off or promotion, just a combination of different products you can purchase where ever you like. The web site that explains it is called howtogrowhairback.com if anyone wants to try this. It worked for me and I couldn't be happier.
Firstly, avoid washing your hair every day, as this strips your hair of its natural oils. Start using olive oil since it will help re-grow the hair you have and give you thicker, healthier hair. Massage the olive oil gently into your scalp and then wrap your head with a towel and use a gentle shampoo to wash away the oil in the morning. You may as well use natural Aloe Vera which is great for promoting natural hair growth.
Biotin. Its a viatim B. you can get it at walmart. Its a vitamin that promotes skin, hair, and nails. Biotin is medically used for hair loss, its also in hair loss products. Look up 'biotin' and read more :)
Honestly it is hard to answer which product would be the best for curing hair loss. The real and bitter truth is that no products or medicine can guarantee you perfect hair treatment and restore lost hair.
