For a call center agent I will go for a personal with excellent communication skills since he or she will be in charge of handling clients verbally. I can get security officer from the security firms where they are well trained. I will choose an organized and well spoken character for the customer care desk to handle customer problems satisfactorily. Experience, age, and flexibility are important factors because a person would not require training and can work anywhere without difficulties. Age matters since job requirements vary for example an old person is inappropriate in the front office.
