what is the difference between a condo and a townhome

Report as

There are two main areas of differences between a condo and a townhome: the style and ownership. A condo is pretty much like an apartment block while a townhome is usually a two/three story property that is attached to another. The owner of a condo only owns the structural building and no land that surrounds it. A townhouse also has its own roof and the owner owns any land that surrounds it.
