That is a unrealistic goal and you would only set yourself up for failure. If you some how lost 100 pounds in 4 months. You would just gain it all back. And I am sure your goal is to lose it and keep it off.

Your best bet is to follow a healthy diet and exercise plan. As you want to not only lose weight, but you also want to build healthier habits. You should consult your Doctor about a diet and exercise plan.

If you lose weight too fast, you will end up with a lot of lose skin on your body. I would ask your regular Physician about a diet plan. It takes months to build healthy habits. You want to accomplish this while you are working on your target weight.

Hire a trainer from that MTV show. One guy lost a hundred in the summer I think. Unless I'm mistaking

I lost 53 lbs. In 4 weeks. Each week restrict yourself from ONE of the following: wheat, dairy, meat, sugar. It#039;s hard and it requires you to buy vitamin supplements to keep yourself healthy but if you really really want to do it, it#039;s all about determination. Throughout, stay away from sweets, pop and juice. Drink LOTS of water. remember to exercise as often as you can. while watching tv, do push ups or sit ups during commercials. if you go to the gym, wear long sweatpants and long sleeves, this will make you sweat more, essentially losing more weight.

Just make sure your caloric food intake should be much, much lesser than your output in terms of exercise. A hundred pounds is a lot of weight. First, you have to ask your doctor for help. Then, exercise everyday, don't just sit still anytime. Don't eat carbs- no fruits, no fruit juice, no bread nor crackers, no cereal, for starters. Don't forget to drink tons of water everyday, especially before meals. Eat meat and fish, stay away from greasy foods. Regarding your wedding dress wear something that is flattering to your figure. Good luck and I hope all goes well with the wedding.

I had a barriatriac surgery (VSG) on june 30th and I lost 85 lbs to date. I couldve lost more if I worked out more but Im very happy I did it. Check with your doctor. The insurance might have you do a lot of classes and other steps if you want them to pay for it because it is pretty expensive but I am more than glad I did it.

That would be 20 pounds a month, I know you want to hear positive things and that's what I'm going to give you there are many magazines for women that give advice for weight loss. I'm not a woman so I don't know much about women exercise. But magazines that have the right advice can really help doing your research too. But don't procrastinate because it won't help you at all, trust me. I can't guarantee youll reach your goal but you can get real close to achieving it.
