My daughter has a LeapPad Explorer and when I connect it to the computer a pop up says "device not recognized, try unplugging it and
plugging it in again or replace the device". I've tried the USB cable it came with and a different one. The cables work with the Vtech MobiGo my other daughter got and my computer recognizes that device right away. Does my computer not recognizing the Explorer have something to do with my firewall or is something wrong with the Explorer? Frustrating because you have to download the games!
