You will be required to valuate specific issues that could upset your relationship if they were not tackled. You may have a calm discussion with your partner and focus to listen one another and expressing yourselves sincerely. You can also take some time away to think about realistic resolutions to propose, once everything is out in the open. Finally, you will need to seek outside counseling or a mediator if you can't agree on remedies.

Communication is the best answer, but both people must be entirely open.

Long distance relationships are not good long term. Any relationship requires open communication, trust and a definite commitment to each other in order to last. If one of the above is missing or broken, you'll need professional help to get it back on tract.
