Well, first you will have to define what happiness is for you. Then do a list of things you think may make you happy. This is like a brainstorm, you really don't want to think much of the options you are writing at this point. After you have a list of about 35-40 things, then go back an think if indeed the activity will really do it for you. Try not to have conflictive things, if you want to be good at bowling, don't also say you want to be good at tennis. Keep track of the things that make you happy. Job wise, you'll know, when you find something you like so much that you can do it all day long, even if you don't get paid.
