DIVERGENT BY VERONICA ROTH! It blows all of the other books you have read out of the water. It beates even the Hunger Games. Also, 13 Reasons Why. Both of those are super duper amazing.

You read jk
start with the Holy Bible!! You would be surprised just what wisdom you may find. Did you know it is the oldest book in the history of time. Its also the most produced and published book in the world. That alone tells us how much God loves His creation. Look on your dollar bill or even a penny and what does it say. Do not trust in money but in God who made the trees we print the money on or the diamonds that are just rocks that grow in the dirt yet shine so bright when polished. Let the Word polish you and you will be brighter then any diamond could compare. You can go to Him night or day. I promise you He will always listen. If its 3 am and your lonely just talk to Him. See how you feel a few minutes later then you decide for your self!! He will protect you, comfort you, love you for ever. But he lets us choose too. No one will make us read it and you do not need to tell anybody if you do. But after you will be like me telling every body how real He is. I apologize if you all ready know this!! I just could not resist. Thank you little one. God Bless You. ps. I did not know virginia is in tennessee. hehe Thats a beautiful name!!
HUNGER GAMES trust me you will LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
(i'm just going to note here that this comment with be split up into many separate comments because of the character limit. i apologise before hand, this is a very long comment, but i took the time to write it, so it'd be great if you could read it.)

This of course depends on the genre of books you like to read, and even more importantly, which age groups are they prefered by.
if you like well written books with graphic sex, murder, rape, suicide, ect scenes, then go for Tami Hoag for sure, she is amazing. and no, she is not a smut author, she just doesn't do the "fade to black" for her crime/drama/fiction novels. she is my all time favourite author, and i am also a 15 yr old girl. Kill the messenger, and Ashes to Ashes, are two of my favourites of hers.
Twilight is a series loved by many teenage girls, though i never cared for it myself, i can see the appeal. i personally don't like the writing style.
Vampire diaries and Vampire Academy are popular with our age groups also, i enjoyed the TV series of VD, but i haven't read the books for wither of these choices.
i really, really enjoyed the series "The nightingale floor" though i think that's just the title of the first book. it's set in japan in the times of ninja and samurai, the main character being a young boy, 16 if i remember correctly (which is young for slicing people into little pieces if you ask me) there is a lot about honor, culture and tradition, and is written by Lian
Hearn, a woman who studied the culture and lived over there for many years, so i'd say the info is accurate. anyway, there's a lot of politics, but it's less stupid than todays politics. this isn't a brilliant description on my part, but if Japanese culture interests you, then this is a well recommended read.
i fins that when i need to read a good story that doesn't drag out, yet has plenty of books in the series i go for Tamora Peirce, i often just have this urge to read her novels, as you can read them over and over again, and by the time you've finished all the books in that particular series, you'll have forgotten enough that if you really wanted to, you could start over again.
i really hope you took the time to read this, because although i'm rambling, this is a large selection of different genre novels that are well written, and if you decide you think it sounds not like your thing that's fine, but at least having read this before making that decision will help you find an author you want to follow, because you can then say, oh, you're also recommending (insert author/s name here) and i though that sounded (insert verb here) so i think i'll (insert decision here)
i truly apologise for all the posts, i spent a long time writing this, so i hope some people at least take something away from it.
i also realised that somewhere in the middle there i let my grammar and spelling slip... well, it's late here and i've been typing for a while, i only just realised. sorry about that, i know it makes it hard to read, but i fixed what i could when i realised it.
i'm just here to note that the rest of Myownlittleworld247's comments are in the eight comments of her comment. you should actually read over them, she's got some pretty good authors in there, and written lengthy descriptions about those authors. it makes me want to go read some of them now. ^_^
