Why does when you love some one and they are takin away from you does it hurt so much more than just them leaving.how do you get over it?

You have to make-up your mind to move on. This is by socializing with other people who love and care about you. They could be your friends or family. This will help you not to dwell on your heart ache by allowing yourself to get happy with other people.

I do that I have a new boyfriend and everything n I care for him deeply but it seems as soon as I move on something happens n he back on my mind
