I'm suffering from loving a psychopath i need help to stop . i have no financial resources for therapy . what do i do first?

Such men never see importance of a relationship and commitment. They can be so friendly, but once they have you they can mishandle you. Tell him to go for counseling and should accept he needs help. If he refuses and you find it hard staying with him leave him, because you will never be happy and he will never change. It may be hard because you love him, but look at a future with him full of struggles.

There is no effective treatment for a psychopath, if that is truly the diagnosis for the object of your love. I am wondering why you refer to said person as a psychopath. That being said, I don't think you are truly "in love" but more like involved in a complicated and twisted relationship. To get out, simply walk away and it really is that simple. Walk away and don't look back.

There is no help or cure for psychopaths. If you can't handle it run away as far as you can. chances are that you have a dependency for this type of personality that is why you allowed some one like that in your life. if you can't afford therapy become informed through books and internet, try to be rational, find the courage and leave! He/she will take everything you got if you stay long it will be hard to heal. RUN!
