What happens if your kicked out the army?

my girl is getting kicked out for missing drill what happens if she gets kicked out? is it that bad to get kicked out?

It is bad to get kicked out of the military. Hopefully she'll get a "OTH" other then honorable discharge, which looks better then a bad conduct discharge. But either way she may run into problems getting a job. I use to tell the young guys that worked under me " you don't want to get kicked out the military, it stays with you for life". She will have to admit to her discharge for the rest of her life.

It depends on what kind of discharge she may get. Yes it does look bad on your resume', or when applying for another job. It is worse than getting terminated from a job.
