How should i sleep?

i am a dancer and my back has been hurting. how should i sleep to relive pain from my back and align my spine?

You wedge a pillow under the small of your back in order to relieve your back pain but make sure that you properly set the pillows to avoid more damage to your back. Go ask an orthopedic doctor,he/she might know the answer to your dilemma, and he/she might prescribe the right thing that will align your spine (do you have kyposcoliosis? Because you said your spine in not align) I hope my answer helps if it does please press the thumbs up or write a comment about it.

Sleep on your sides or your belly
And you should go to the doctor

It's important to hydrate so your body can dilute/excrete the acids your muscles produce from a workout or heavy physical activity. Avoid caffeine, carbonation and alcohol. Get a better bed. See a massage therapist and/or a chiropractor
