The pain in the chest could be as a result of a spasm, gallstones which are known to cause such pain, heartburn, or even shingles. You should go to a doctor and get examined to know what it could be. You can check other chest pain causes by visiting; http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003079.htm.
If you are wheezing, it could be asthma. To help find out, get a pan of water and a towel, bring the water to a boil and then turn it on low. Take the pan of water off the stove and place the towel over your head and with your face over the pan, breath the steam in deeply for 3-5 minutes. If your chest pain improves, you may have asthma or you could have bronchitis. You need to see a doctor right away, because pain when you breath is not good. Take care. : D

You may have pleurisy. It feels like a stabbing pain when you try to take a breath. Get to a doctor stat! It can kill you. Organs die without enough oxygen. Your ribs could be inflamed as well. Either way, you need relief.
