That's not very healthy you wouldn't see much improvement or results if u don't want to give up the foods u love even if u eat in smaller portions b/c u have to be able to burn the calories off from what you eat so if you eat something that's a low calorie count u will be able to not only burn that off quickly plus more that's how u manage to lose weight easily and efficiently plus it's better for your health in the long run. There are some people who eat junk food all the time and are skinny but it doesn't mean they are healthy neither will they likely have a ling healthy life spam as well

Run/Workout/Stay healthy. It's not always fun, but you feel better to and might even give up sweets after you are on a scheduled workout. Or whatever that food you love is :P A side not, if you just eat unhealthy foods and tiny portions which is less then the amount of calories you should be eating. Your body will store it as fat and you will gain more weight -starving isn't the answer. I fasted for a week and a half and put on an extra 5 lbs after the fast was over.
