Intensely working out before bed time, bad or good?

Report as

How would you be able to sleep after that? Sleep? It'll raise your heart rate and you'll be breathing heavily, you have to be calm to go to sleep. Well that's just me. I don't think there's anything wrong with it, as in medically fatal, so go for it. The feeling you get after your done is great :)

I can't sleep when I do that. It gets your heart rate up and releases endorphins, and you have to be calm to sleep. I don't think it would be bad for you, though.

It wakes your brain wake by the sudden change of heart rate. Making it difficult to even get to the first stage.

If you can sleep after working out than you are very fortunate & it probably doesn't matter for you.

Exercise causes endorphins to be released & it's like an adrenalin rush.
Every book I've read on how to improve your sleep will say NO exercise in the evening.,,
