My 1998 Dodge ram 1500 has no heat and no anti-freeze leaking on the floor. It leaks under the hood somewhere. What could be the problem?

The problem could be that the coolant and transmission system is damaged. It could be that the radiator cap is rusted and plugged. It is also good to check the thermostat because it could be stuck shut.
