The easy way to lose weight is to eat less (low-calorie foods and high water content foods), exercise as usual, sleep more, drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday, walk and jog whenever you can and always have a cold shower.
To lose weight easily you have to eat the right choices of food, you also have to exercise. Make sure you drink a lot of fresh water. Sleep more. Don't do the ones that are bad for you. If you follow what i said you will might lose a lot of weight. :D
A friend lost 30 lbs in 2 months just by eliminating simple starches and sugar from his diet. So only a little bit of whole wheat pasta or multi grain bread, and no desserts or sweets. Eating only meat and salad and some veggies. He did not excersize!

Try not to eat any snack foods through out the day or if you are really hungry eat like a low calorie yougurt for a snack or fruits or vegetables and popcorn with no butter and minimal to no salt is good to.
