Well sit ups dont necesarliy make you lose pounds. U could at least run before you do situps, so that u get ur heart pumping and that ur matabolism is already burning. But do little by little and then add another set every day. I run everyday around my block at 5:30 then go home and then i do at least 30 lunges( or until they reeeally start to burn!!) then ill do some arm excersises and then 50 sit ups. But i add ten more everyday:) and if yiu want to loose more weight, shrink your appetite by drinking a full glass of water before everymeal and jut snack in between to keep metabolism running!
