How many sit ups does it take to lose weight

Well sit ups dont necesarliy make you lose pounds. U could at least run before you do situps, so that u get ur heart pumping and that ur matabolism is already burning. But do little by little and then add another set every day. I run everyday around my block at 5:30 then go home and then i do at least 30 lunges( or until they reeeally start to burn!!) then ill do some arm excersises and then 50 sit ups. But i add ten more everyday:) and if yiu want to loose more weight, shrink your appetite by drinking a full glass of water before everymeal and jut snack in between to keep metabolism running!

Mix in some other workouts, theres lots of ideas on youtube. do some cardio and listen to some fast music to keep u going! Oh and you should always stetch after ur workout so that u wont be too soar the next day! Make sure you stat active:)

About as many as it takes to throw your back out, you wont be able to move so you can't eat and then you'll lose weight

You need cardio to raise your heart-rate and lose weight. If you want a leaner gut - don't build-up muscle under it.

just doing sit ups wont help you lose weight you have to mix stuff for example running swimming sports eating less and being positive helps you lose pounds
