What are some good insomnia remedies?
It's 5:20 and I haven't slept since I woke up yesterday at 10 am. Help please!
Talk to other insomniacs till you bore each other to sleep :-)
If it this occurs often, then you should do more in your day. Like exercise or chores involving some labor. If the body isn't tired then the mind isn't tired and you won't get good sleep. If this is a one time thing, I suggest a nice hot bath.
