I'm 5'3 and chunky LOL this is the biggest I have been in all my life so I'm starting the gym back up in. two weeks but I would like to lose atleast five pounds before I do start just because I know it will motivate me Evan more! ;) so please does anyone know any free ways to lose weight at home???
