I don't believe in diets. I have been losing weight over the past 5 months. I'm not losing terribly quickly, about 6 pounds a month. That's fine with me as losing like this is the best way to keep it off.
Jumping jacks counted army style, push ups as sit ups, lift weights, run in place and jump in place as long as you can, and listen to music while you exercise! I did this once and lost a lot of weight, but you have to continue to do this and watch watch what you ate.... I stopped doing this and put all my weight back :(
