Uhhhh, do you just want to lose weight or do you want to also be healthy? I used to box, I was able to lose 10 lbs in a few hours if I wanted to. Just wear a sauna suit and take a six mile run at an average of 7:30 mins a mile. That's not very healthy, I did that when wanted tonmake the weight but it leaves you weak.
Just drop all sodas, all junk food, eat nothing but fruits, veggies, and drink tons of water. Eat a little bit of meat and take a multivitamin. Take at least a 2 mile jog in the morning and one later in the day. Eat around 6 times a day, but don't eat till you are stuffed, just till you are satisfied. It's something you have to get used to. Then also do some light weight training. I was losing half a pound a day until I reached my plateau.
Go on a no sugar diet. Just like dont eat candy or sweets or soda or sugary juices. Don't do anything like dramatic like not eating ( you gain weight) I do the no suer diet before summer and I always look FAB so good luck Hun!
