If multiple medicines need to be taken, Is it OK to take them at the same time or do they need to be timed with a time in between?

If you need to take a prescription to help regulate thyroid and a RX for diabetes and a multiple vitamin, should one be taken at 8:00 AM then one at 8:30 AM and another at 10:00AM or can they all be taken at the same time?

The best place to get an answer about your medications is from your Pharmacist. You can call them and ask and they will be happy to tell you how to take your medications so that you do not have conflicts. They do not charge for the service and are very helpful and knowledgeable.

In such a situation you need take each medication as specific to take, if all labels say take at this time then you should take them at once. Normally, most diabetic medication is concurrently taken to allow the work properly. Its wise you contact you doctor to guide you more.

That's something to ask a doctor. I take several things for diabetes, and blood disorder. I also take niaspan. My doctor said I could take everything at the same time with the exception of the niaspan which I take at least a couple of hours later.
