How can I get a six pack?

I hate working out and so does my mom, but we both always complain that we don't have a six pack. so we have decided that whoever gets a six pack first wins. the thing is that I have no idea how to get a six pack! how can I? what are some good routines I can do?

Sit ups are a great easy routine! Depending on how fit you are, you could do 200 sit ups a day for a week. Try to up the amount you do as much as possible also.

P90X i got a 6 pack from soccer but eventually lost it so i pulled out my old work out stuff. worked out with it ( video: ab ripper && cardio ) for a 2 wks complete abs (;

Everyone has a six pack but you will need to lower your body fat % so that it becomes visible for yourself and everyone to see. Ab workout is nice and all but not necessary to get a six pack. Diet is the most important thing next to weight lifting and cardio.
Since you don't like working out(im assuming you mean weight training) it will take a bit longer to get that six pack. You can do jump ropes its fun, easy, and cheap, Jump rope for like 15 - 30 minutes a day.

There is about 1 pound of fat in 3,500 calories so if u were to eat 500 calories less each day, you can lose around 1 pound of fat a week. Eat a lot of protein, avoid large amount of sugar, salt, and carbs (some carb is okay) and definitely avoid saturated fat and trans fatty foods.

I believe for women it is around 10% to 20% body fat to have a visible six pack according to the ACE Body Fat % Chart

What I did was got some protein and every morning to some sit ups, crunches whatever you want or if u really want to get ripped get some preteen
