I'm sure your not fat, but just diet and excersize, I went to Hot Yoga three times a week for 2 months before my wedding and went down 3 dress sizes, and I didn't change any of my eating habits. maybe try that?

I did p90x and lost 20 lbs in 90 days with dieting as well! I never looked better! I've also done hot yoga! Good luck, I know it's hard and can seem overwhelming. Just start somewhere! You'll start losing and start feeling really motivated! If you're on Facebook, find me! Kelly Rego Grubb

don't say that be happy that god made you. were all perfect the way we are. just don't eat food that is fattening and exercise in the morning for 2 hours, ride bikes with your friends and don't eat fast foods especially mcdonalds. do 100 push ups 100 sit ups for 2 hours everyday then you probably will be fine

1 pound of fat is about 3,500 calories, so in order to lose 1 pound a week you would have to eat 500 less calories a day. Avoid large amount of salt, sugar, high calorie foods, and cut back on carbohydrates. The Unhealthy fats to avoid is trans fats and saturated fats.

A healthy way to suppress an appetite/ meal replacement is to drink Casein protein (slow digesting protein that works up to 8 hours)

All those diet pills out there that a made to suppress appetites are terrible for your body and I wouldn't recommend them.

Weight Training, Dieting and Cardio is the best/fastest way to lose weight. 20 to 30 minutes of weight lifting using compound movements plus 10 - 15 minutes of cardio 3 to 5 times a week.

If you don't have time for the gym, or you don't like weight training, invest in a jump rope (http://amzn.to/tAW1HR), its fun, easy, and cheap.
Jump Rope for like 15 - 30 minutes a day.
