According to a study by the Monitoring the Future in 2010, of the 46,000 kids surveyed 7% of 8th graders smoked, 14% of 10th graders smoked and 19% of 12th graders smoked. Another statistics say that there are 1.2 billion people smoking worldwide and about 20% (or 240 million) are young teens (13-15 years old).
