When doing the big chop, can your hair be too thin to big chop or should the curls bounce back more when it's cut so short?
(not that it matters too much but) I am half black and half white. I have be in the transitioning stage for about a year now. I really want to big chop. Of course I'm scared because im still in high school but i really want to big chop because i want to grow out my hair and cut off damaged/relaxed ends. I know my hair isn't totally healthy yet plus i just want to start over with it. However, I'm afraid my hair may be too thin and when it's cut so short, the curls will not bounce back and it will look really limp on my head. my hair type is around 3b and a little bit of 3c. would that be too thin to big chop??
