If i return a gift, with the receipt, can I get cash back if I wasn't the one who bought it?

Yes, if the gift is still in good condition and you have a receipt to show that it was from that particular shop or store I believe they are supposed to change the gift for you. Good luck.

Yes but read the receipt they often have the return policy on it
